Saturday was a night of gettin' boozy in Clapham in celebration of my cousin Natalie's 25th. We started off at this really good Mexican restaurant where we had 8 jugs of Margaritas between 7 of us. Not as good as Sarah's but you know, they were really sweet and had a generous serving of Tequilla in them so not at all bad.
It was the first time I had a Chimichanga which I have to say, I was not aware of prior to this occasion. It's essentially an ultra-cheesy Burrito deep-fried, served with a side of chilli, and Mexican short-grain rice with cheese. Cheese is the theme here. I love cheese. Then we went to a club that played early 90s hits and I got home somehow at 4am. Happy Birthday again Nat.
